Doctor Who Reveal Guest Stars For 2008
We knew already that Donna Noble (aka Catherine Tate) will be coming back, despite saying at the end of the Christmas edition; "I couldn't live like that!"
Martha's not staying away for too long, it seems and Felicity Kendal will be making an appearance. (Presumably eye candy for the older man who remembers "The Good Life").
And apparently an "old enemy" is returning;
Not sure if I'd have counted the Ood as an enemy. Especially as they were willing slaves to the humans before the beast took them over. Unless they are working for an even nastier bad guy now.
All looking very interesting.
Taysiders In Space: OK, so you may have to have spent some time in Scotland to appreciate this..
Mickey to return?
So, according to reports Noel Clarke who played wooden boy-toy Mickey in Doctor Who has said he might be returning in a "parallel universe" in the new Doctor Who.
Now comes the bigger hurdle.
Does anybody on the planet other than him and his mum give a toss?
"Oh no Doctor... it's the evil Bad Acting Monster!"
Futurama back in 2008
The animated series, which last aired an original episode in 2003, will go back into production on at least 13 new episodes. The fresh installments will begin airing in 2008, also the date the show moves from Cartoon Network's Adult Swim to Comedy Central.
The show's resurrection is reminiscent of another left-for-dead FOX cartoon, "Family Guy." Since its 2003 cancellation, 20th Century Fox has made a nice chunk of change on the Cartoon Network and Comedy Central deals, and DVD sales of the show have been healthy as well, though not as strong as the record-setting "Family Guy" numbers that helped bring that show back to FOX.

Yipee!
